Stratford Upon Avon Militaria and Medal Fair Stratford Leisure and Visitor Centre, Bridgefoot, Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 6YY. There are 90 tables at this quality fair. This event was established in 1998 and took over from the popular event at Gloucester which dated back to 1987. It's position just a few minutes walk from the town centre makes it a favourite event for families. Only a few miles from Junction 15 on the M40, this fair has excellent connections to the nationwide Motorway network. This helps attract top dealers from many parts of the country who always have on display a fine array of Militaria, Medals, Badges, Military Books and Ephemera. Dealer's tables are available at very competitive prices and newcomers are always most welcome at this friendly event. Local signposting. Plenty of adjacent pay and display parking. Admission 10.30am-2.00pm £2.50 (accompanied children free). Preview 9.30am-10.30am £3.50 (open to all).

Aldershot Militaria and Medal Fair Princes Hall, Princes Way, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 1NX. Established in 1988 this popular, well attended event moved to it's present spacious venue in 1992. Around 100 tables where you can buy, sell and exchange with quality dealers from many parts of the country who will be displaying an excellent selection of militaria, medals, badges, military books and ephemera. New dealers always most welcome - tables available at reasonable prices. Local signposting.Rushmoor Borough Council (who are responsible for all the council-run car parks in Aldershot) have decided to continue their flat charge of 60p ALL DAY on Sundays. This is to try and get more people to use the shops in Aldershot Town Centre but is most definitely also good news for us and hopefully it will become a permanent arrangement. Obviously double check the parking meters first before putting your 60p in to ensure that this information is 100% correct but I do have it from a very good source. The car parks relevant to us are the Princes Gardens Car Park (GU11 1BJ) (just across the green from the front steps of Princes Hall) and the big multi storey car park (GU11 1SD) a short distance further down the High Street. The Wellington Centre Car Park in Victoria Road (GU11 1DB), which many of you already use, is privately run and continues to be also just 60p ALL DAY. If using the Wellington Centre car park take a ticket from the barrier on entry then just before you leave validate it at the machine on Level 3 and pay. Insert validated ticket at exit barrier. Admission 10.30am-2.00pm £2.50 (accompanied children free). Preview 9.30am-10.30am £3.50 (open to all).
